- October 21, 2020 – Dr. Thaddeus Pace and Dr. Edgar González Hernández will present at the Contemplative Science Seminar on “Promoting Well-Being in Breast Cancer Survivors with CBCT®: Research Findings and Future Directions.”
- October 15-16, 2020 – The first annual “Juliet E. Shield Symposium on Compassion,” a two-day-long, invitation only, think tank event that unites experts from various disciplines to explore innovative ways to study and promote compassion across society at the individual, organizational and systemic levels.
- October 13, 2020 – The Center for Contemplative Science and Compassion-Based Ethics at Emory University had the honor of hosting internationally-respected psychologist and author, Dr. Daniel Goleman, for a public webinar on “Why Compassion Matters Today and Tomorrow.”
